  24.      It can't be done without _MAJOR_ money, which AT and Escom don't
  25. have. There's a good reason why PC chips have been advancing as rapidly as
  26. they have in the last few years, it's because the ATI's, Diamond's, etc,
  27. have been making money hand over fist on their video cards and have been
  28. plowing it back into the development of ever-faster and more capable
  29. chips.  AT and Escom can't compete with that, they don't have the spare
  30. funds, or the talent available, to keep up.  Maybe in the distant future
  31. when the dominant machine is an Amiga, but not now.  Elegance is great,
  32. and necessary when you're low-powered, but you can afford to loose some of
  33. it when the power level jumps like it will by going to a PPC and PCI-bus
  34. connected cards.
